تخضع لعبة الرجبي في عمان للجنة الرجبي العمانية (ORC)، المسؤولة عن الترويج للعبة ووضع القواعد واللوائح في السلطنة. ونحن نسعى جاهدين لضمان أعلى مستويات السلامة والعدالة والمرح لجميع المشاركين. يوفر ORC أيضًا فرص التدريب والتطوير للمدربين واللاعبين والحكام. ونحن نتطلع إلى توفير منصة للاعبي الرجبي العمانيين للتنافس وتمثيل البلاد في البطولات الدولية. تلتزم لجنة الرجبي العمانية بتوفير بيئة آمنة وممتعة لجميع لاعبي الرجبي، بغض النظر عن أعمارهم أو مستوى خبرتهم.
تتطلب جميع أنشطة الرجبي إدارة للحفاظ على القيم. تعمل شركة ORC بشكل وثيق مع ASIA Rugby وWorld Rugby واتحاد اللمسة الدولية لضمان إدارة اللعبة بما يتماشى مع قوانينها بالإضافة إلى قوانين السلطنة.

1. الدستور -
الوثيقة الحاكمة لما هي لجنة الرجبي العمانية، وكيفية تشكيلها، وكيفية إدارتها، وكيف يتم انتخاب الأشخاص، وأي خلافات، والإنفاذ المالي، وحقوق الصورة/الشعار. - الأمر كله يتعلق بالجانب التجاري للرجبي العماني.
سيكون لكل وثيقة قسم التعريفات الخاصة بها في البداية، وإذا لم يتم إدراجها في هذا فسوف تعود إلى 1.1، وإذا لم يتم ذكرها في 1.1 ستعود إلى الدستور
إذا تم تخصيص مستند لإصدار محدد من لعبة الركبي - على سبيل المثال Touch، 7's. سيتم الإشارة إليها في الملف. إذا لم يتم ذكر ذلك، فإن هذه الوثيقة سوف تتصدر جميع النماذج/الاختلافات.
