Continuous Improvement & Review Outcomes

As part of Oman Rugby’s ongoing commitment to the safe, positive, and sustainable development of the game, it is important that we regularly review our processes, procedures, events, and operational standards.

These reviews form a normal and essential part of good governance and help ensure that rugby in Oman continues to develop in a safe, well-managed, and progressive environment for all participants.

Following recent ORC-sanctioned events, a review was undertaken focusing on areas including player welfare, medical provision, behaviour, and match-day processes. The review has now concluded, and the outcome letter shared with clubs is provided below.

The purpose of this process is not to reflect negatively on individuals or clubs, but rather to support continuous improvement across the game and to help maintain the standards, values, and player welfare expectations that are central to rugby in Oman.

We thank all clubs and participants for their ongoing support, engagement, and commitment to developing rugby in the right spirit.
